Description
This antique Remington Arms 12-gauge side-by-side shotgun features 30-inch Damascus-pattern barrels and external hammers. A fine example of Remington’s 19th-century craftsmanship, this model exhibits a color case-hardened receiver with elegant border engraving, double triggers, and extractors. The Damascus barrels display a distinct twist pattern typical of the era, and the figured walnut stock is well-grained with period-style checkering. A handsome representative of early American doubles, produced prior to 1899. Serial number: 84164.
