Description
This Crescent Arms Bellmore Gun Co. 16-gauge side-by-side shotgun features 30-inch barrels and matching serial components throughout. Crescent Arms, active in the early 20th century, produced reliable working-grade doubles under various trade names for American hardware and sporting retailers. The receiver displays light scroll engraving, and the stock is finished in an attractive figured wood with detailed checkering. It retains double triggers, extractors, and a solid rib with a filed sight rib. The example shown remains in well-preserved condition for its age, with crisp wood-to-metal fit. Serial number: 231358.
