Badge Reads" First Encampment Nov.20 1866 Indianapolis Final Encampment Aug. 28 1949/ Theodore A. Penland." Lot includes Delegate Ribbon for 67th National Convention of Woman’s Relief Corps 1949, 1949 Department Encampemnt Allied Orders of the Grand Army of the Republic of Pennsylvania, and Maine Daughters of Union Veterans of th Civil War 37th Dept.
