James B. Nicholson GAR Gold Presentation Badge W/ E.D Baker Post 8 Razors Items. James B. Nicholson, died at the age of 92, making him the last survivor of the 210 Men who served of the USS Jamestown "Sloop of War." This lot includes 1925 Gold GAR Presentation Badge Presented to James N. Nicholson, Washington 1892 Post 8 Encampment Keystone Pin, Razors Post 8 GAR White/ Red Silk Ribbon, E.D Baker Post 8 Razors Philadelphia Silk Ribbon, E.D Baker Post 8 Philadelphia, 1894 Red/Blue Small Ribbon, and two original news paper articles. Engraved of back of presentation badge reads, "Presented to P.P.C James B. Nicholson / E.D Baker Post No 8/ G.A.R Jan.14.1926." See attached photos as evidence of condition and details.
