Yellow Gold Pin, set with 3 large round brilliant cut medium/dark brown Topaz, 16.7mm, 17.64mm, and 18.39mm in Diameter (one has a conchoidal fracture on the girdle) including 3 larger and 3 smaller pearls make up this lovely vintage pin.
