Custom Designed 18K Gold Pin with 3 Amethyst Cabochon Stones 7-8mm in size. Total Weight of 10.42g Back of pin stamped "750" with what appears to be a bowtie or Jewish fish symbol. This also has a retractable locking sleeve to hold pin securely in place.
