18k Gold, Ruby, Diamond, & Faux Emerald Ring. This piece is comprised of a old mine cut diamond centerstone, flanked by a Ruby, and faux emerald, set in 18k gold. The faux emerald is loose in its setting. Ring size is 3 3/4. Diamond and ruby tested Authentic on our calibrated Presidium Gem Tester II. Total weight is 3.10 grams.
