Description
Early Bronze II Period (2900-2650 BC) Clay Krater Chalice Red Slip w/ Red Burnish. A few chips on the edge of upper rim. 6.75 in. H x 7.5 in. D. This was purchased from 10 King David Antiques LTD in Jerusalem on 2/8/1981. Comes with COA. See attached photos as evidence of condition and details.** Note** Lots 1 through 47 were all acquired by Professor Benjamin Darsky (Former University of Michigan Professor) while on one of his sabbatical trips to the Holy Land Region. He traveled there several times in the 1960’s and early 1970’s. Lots that have original receipts will have photographs included with the lot.
